Dear friends,
I am sorry to be late; was (and am) ill with the flue.

It is time to produce the second CoFI WG annual report.  The report
for the first year is in 
  http://www.dcs.ed.ac.uk/home/dts/CoFI-WG/1999.ps
plus an appendix with TG meeting minutes in
  http://www.dcs.ed.ac.uk/home/dts/CoFI-WG/minutes1999

In particular we must provide a list of publications prepared or
published since OCTOBER 1999.

I therefore kindly ask you to send me (bkb@informatik.uni-bremen.de) 
***ASAP***
a list of all publications (including working notes, drafts, etc.) related
to CoFI Language.

PLEASE NOTE:

1. There will be no reminder. Just do it *** NOW *** !!!
   >>> ABSOLUTE DEADLINE IS FRIDAY 27 OCTOBER <<<<
2. Use preferably bibtex input format. Otherwise ascii format.
   Don't send attached documents, word documents, rtf, etc.
3. A Web link in the reference to the postscript version of the paper would
   be much appreciated (to make this list available on the
   CoFI Language Web page). 
4. "related to CoFI Tools" should be understood with a broad
   sense. In doubt, send the reference anyway with a comment to me.
   Also, it is not a problem to have the same reference both for CoFI
   Language and for another Task Group. The coordinators will handle
   this as appropriate. What is important is to have an as exhaustive as
   possible list. 
5. For each reference, please send also the abstract in ascii format.
