LaTeX to HTML translator

Dear friends,

I have just found another LaTeX to HTML translator:
   http://para.inria.fr/~maranget/hevea/index.html
Can anybody tell me how this compares to HyperLaTeX
(which is currently used for the CoFI pages, and which
we also use to generate ASCII text from CASL specifications
set with Peter's style package)?
