1 Aims
The main aims of the guidelines in this note are to facilitate:
- uniform formatting of CoFI documents;
- combining parts of documents by different authors;
- installing documents in the CoFI archives; and
- converting from LaTeX to HTML.
A subsidiary aim is to encourage authors of CoFI notes to focus on
the logical structure and contents of documents, paying less attention
to layout.
