Example 3 on pp 17-19 of "Information integration in institutions" gives
as institutional formulation of the Curry-Howard isomorphism for a
simple special case, though the approach obviously extends.  The
paper can be fetched from

Probably it still has some bugs, as the notation is a little dense and i
just finished the write up; please let me know if you find any.
