It now opens a FileDialog that allows you to choose a file to save to. It still has a default file name that can be accepted easily, but it checks for existing files. If you don't use the central uni installation in /home/cofi/uni you have to update your uni working directory (file: htk/toolkit/FileDialog.hs) and recompile. Then the new 'Save' functionalty is working fine. Therefore I enabled HTk dialogs as replacement for the default stdout/stdin dialogs.
