Subject: [Hets-devel] Re-licensing Hets under GPL

Dear Hets developers,

Corneliu-Claudiu Prodescu will develop Ubuntu packages for Hets.
In this process, I also would like to implement the long announced
re-licensing of Hets under GPL. I think it will be more compatible
if we take "GPL v2 or higher" than just "GPL v3".
I will set up an appropriate template for the source files.
