[uDraw(Graph)-Users] UDG prefix/suffix

I've recently (wrongly) introduced UDRAWGRAPHHOME in configure.ac (and
configure) of uni. This should be changed to UDG_HOME (by me)

I assume UNIDAVINCI should become UNI_UDG ?!

We recommend to change the name of the binary to uDrawGraph, because in one
year we are no longer allowed to use daVinci and there will be no more link
in the distribution.

The new variable is called UDG_HOME to keep it consistent with UDG_ICONDIR
and UDG_LANG.

The syntax of the -startappl option has never been changed since the first
version of daVinci (V1.0), so there must be something else wrong.

An example for the usage of the option is:
  $UDG_HOME/bin/uDrawGraph -startappl $UDG_HOME/bin grapheditor
