Current Research Focus

Sociotechnical systems design: requirements analysis, participatory design, human-computer interaction and workplace design; software design for service work and self-service situations, customer-oriented design of e-commerce systems.

Attractiveness of informatics as a field of study, as an academic discipline, and as a professional field.
