    QIP - Quality Improvement Paradigm

    Observations

QIP is based on the idea that process improvement can be accomplished only if the organisation is able to learn from previous experiences. During the execution of a project some suitable measures are performed, and the collected data are analysed and packaged for fututre uses. Some assessment methods also provide improvement guidelines.
