Omnivision System

Here is some information about the OmniDirectional Vision System (ODVS) that I am working with.

Hardware

The system consists of

a Unibrain Fire-i400 FireWire camera.
an Accowle Ltd. HMN-15 omnidirectional mirror
a Fujinon DF6HA-1 TV lens
additionally, for laptop work, we need

a FireWire PCMCIA card
an external 12V power supply
and at last a FireWire cable (6pin-6pin)
for the work with our autonomous wheelchair "Rolland", the camera is power supplied (via the PCMCIA power adapter) by Rolland's batteries (24V).
