I'm not sure if this song is a poem, but nevertheless I like it and that's why I've chosen it for my UML poem. Furthermore, it shows both power (you can express it in UML) and shortcomings (the way to express it) of UML. Besides, hate is a feeling strongly connected to UML in my opinion...
In this class diagram, we can see that a word consists of a least one letter. The letters in a word are ordered. As UML does not provide characters, each character is modeled by a string that has a fixed length one, modeled by an OCL constraint.
In the object diagram, we can see that hate is just a 4-letter word ;-)
