Photos of Vietnam

The photos shown here were taken during a three-week journey through Vietnam in March and April, 2006.

The trip started in Hanoi (with side-trips to the Halong Bay, Cat Ba Island, Mai Chau, and the Perfume Pagoda complex) and continued to Hue, Hoi An, and finally Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC, Saigon). From Saigon we went on a tour through the Mekong Delta region to My Tho and Can Tho.

Our trip has been self-organized. Means of transportation included domestic flights (from Hanoi to Hue and from Danang to HCMC), rental car with driver, and private tours by car (with driver and personal guide). If you have any questions feel free to send me a message.
