This is a collection of photos taken in fall 2006 in Hue and
during a boat trip on the Perfume River.
We were approached in front of our hotel, the Saigon Morin, by
the teenage son of a lady who owns one of the Dragon boats (shown on
the pictures).
After some negotiating we booked the entire Dragon boat for
a three or four hour tour on the Perfume River for a very reasonable
price (around USD 15).
During the trip, the lady prepared lunch for us; she went to the
Dong Ba market (shown in the images below) with a smaller boat
at the start of the trip to buy vegetable, fish and tofu for the meal.
