Photos of Vietnam: Mekong Delta

This is a series of images taken in April 2006 in the Mekong Delta region. We went there as a two-day private tour (with an English-speaking guide and a non-English-speaking driver) booked through TNK travel in HCMC. The tour included a number of boat trips on the Mekong river and on a number of smaller rivers, a visit to the wholesale fruit market in My Tho and to the Cai Rang floating market, and a visit to a rice noodle workshop, among other things. We stayed overnight in Can Tho.
