Scale4Edge

In this project a commercial ecosystem for edge computing platforms based on the RISC-V instruction set architecture is developed.

In the BMBF funded Scale4Edge project, 19 partners are researching and developing methods, techniques and components to build a commercial ecosystem which targets a scalable and flexible edge computing platform based on the RISC-V instruction set architecture. RISC-V enables to build highly efficient application specific processors by leveraging custom instruction set extensions. Our work is focused on the verification of RISC-V platforms and considers both, hardware and software components.
