The URL(s) of an electronically-available document should be given in
the note field as in the following example:
note = "\footlink{WWW}{http://...html},
\footlink{DVI}{ftp://...dvi},
\footlink{Postscript}{ftp://...ps.Z}"
(although one may prefer to provide a single link to an FTP directory
rather than a multitude of separate links to different formats or
versions of the same document)

The CoFI document bibliography cofibib.bib provided together
with the cofidoc package defines a preamble, which allows the
use of CoFI bibliographies when formatting documents that do not
themselves use the cofidoc package.
