That&#8217;s their computability. Critically we can do this only if we first look at them as non-computable. For nothing is per se computable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We don&#8217;t stick to disciplines. But we work in a disciplined manner. Always out of chaos. Our work has roots in computing &amp; art, thus in algorithmics &amp; aesthetitics, i.e. in semiotics, education, design and media theory.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">We contribute to a fundamental theory of computing.\u00a0Digital media are processes: transient &amp; always unfinished.<br \/>\nSigns in and on the computer are algorithmic signs. They possess surface and subface.<br \/>\nThey appear together with the machinization of mental labor.<br \/>\nOur attitude is basically sceptical and critical.<br \/>\nFrom it we gain energy for design.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are dealing with algorithmic aspects of images.
