2 Using FDR

This chapter describes the basic structure and interface of the FDR tool. The FDR2 graphical user interface is based on John Ousterhout's Tcl and Tk toolkits. It is designed to be familiar to users of Motif, SAA, or Microsoft Windows style applications.(4)
